A superb example of a straight stay Hetchins Magnum Bonum. In very original condition with correct period parts. Finished in English Ivory with part chrome. Chrome is bubbling a little in places, otherwise good.
Frame: Hetchins ‘Magnum Bonum’ 1963; frame number H9982; seat tube 24″; built by Jack Denny for customer John Wall. Cost £22 1s 6d and Jack Denny was paid £2 8s 0d for building the frame. Weinmann (?) rims on B H Co ‘Racelite’ hubs. Tyres shown in pictures have been replaced with new Hutchinson low profile tyres. Stronglight Competition cranks with TA ring. Lyotard pedals. Campagnolo Record derailleur. GB Altenburger brakes with GB Superhood levers. GB Hiduminium stem with Ambrosio Champion bars.
